Coaches, Parents and Athletes.
I wanted to first thank you for the support and effort you all put into to making the inaugural Tennessee AIM State Championship a huge success.
I also want to tell you that the AIM in Tennessee committee has not stopped for the year now that we concluded our State Championship.We have already addressed changes we need to make, looking for dates for next years events, as well as locating the tools you need to assist you at what you do best. We want to get you up from your desk and back behind your Athletes, coaching and enjoying the efforts you put into this program. My job is to make it as fun for you to participate as well as your Athletes.
We will have some announcements coming to you in the next few weeks. There will be a major AIM Fall Event for our AIM In Tennessee participants. All Star Races and hopefully sponsorship to help lower the cost of participation. If you feel the AIM program got off to a good start, just wait until you see what we have in store for you next.
I need your input to help determining how to proceed. We know we have room to improve and will take your suggestions seriously in making the changes necessary to do just that. We will start planning now for next years AIM State Championship Shoot. I see our program doubling in size in the next few months which means it will almost take two days to complete. Please send me your thoughts on changes you want to see made and events you would like to see scheduled.
I will be contacting coaches and individuals about assisting our program in other regions of our State. In doing that we will have our shooting competition more evenly balanced across our state..
You will continue to receive updates with even more information at your fingertips.
If you know someone that is not on out list please contact me or see that they do. We want to keep our data base up to date so everyone is informed with the AIM program.
